1 Pulse electric security fence

Pulse electric security fence is the most common electric security fence device in our daily lives. The function of a pulse electric security fence can be simplified into two parts: anti-theft and alarm. Due to the fact that this type of fence is composed of electric cables with charged pulses, when someone impacts the electric security fence, the electric cables can generate non-lethal pulse high voltage to effectively repel intruders and play a role in theft prevention. At the same time, the pulse electric security fence system will also send intrusion signals to the alarm management platform to remind security personnel to pay attention, thereby achieving the function of alarm. So, it is a combination of anti-theft and alarm.

Due to its excellent anti-theft characteristics and strong autonomous working ability, pulse electric security fences can be frequently seen in both government agencies and civilian security fields. In addition, due to its strong corrosion resistance, it is also more commonly used in relatively harsh environments.

(1) Functions

Pulse electric security fence is an active intrusion prevention system that counterattacks intrusion attempts, repelling intruders, delaying intrusion time, and not threatening human life. It is composed of electric cables with charged pulses. The non-lethal pulse high voltage generated by electric cables can effectively repel intruders and send intrusion signals to the alarm management platform to ensure that security personnel can timely understand the situation in the alarm area and make quick decisions.

(2) Applications

It is suitable for any location (such as military bases, government agencies, judicial systems, key cultural heritage sites, borders, private residences, real estate developers, industrial sites, factories, warehouses, etc.). It can be installed on existing perimeter fences, walls, or self-supporting structures. It automatically adapts to changes in environmental and on-site conditions. And it can be changed according to regional conditions, for example, in foggy or windy weather, it can maintain the highest alarm value. It is easy to construct, no welding required, and not threatened by erosion.

2 Tension electric security fence

Although the tension electric security fence is not as functionally perfect as the pulse type, it is still one of the common electric security fences we use. Tension electric security fences are generally composed of ordinary metal wires and tension detectors. When it is affected by external forces, it will be converted into electronic signals according to the different forces, then alarm.

Compared with pulse type, the anti-theft effect of this fence may be slightly inferior, but in terms of the level of detail in alarm, it is more meticulous than pulse type. And this type is also more commonly used on protective fences made of metal.

(1) Functions

The tension electric security fence is composed of ordinary metal wire and tension detector. It connects multiple types of regular threads through tension detectors. Each tension detector converts any human or mechanical force (force changes) attempting to climb or cut the threads into electronic signals and transmits them to the alarm monitoring center for alarm purposes.

(2) Applications

It is suitable for outdoor peripheral fences made of metal wire (such as ordinary wire, double braided wire, barbed metal wire, etc.). The weather has little impact on it, and it is mostly used for military facilities, airports, industrial sites, petrochemical projects, etc.

3 Vibration electric security fence

Vibration electric security fence is also one of the more common types of fences in electric security fence. It is composed of vibration sensing cables and vibration sensors. Similar to the tension type fence mentioned above, its main function is reflected in the alarm. In daily applications, vibrating electric security fences are often used in conjunction with existing fence walls and other facilities. When someone climbs these devices, the vibration sensor will alarm. Due to its sensitive sensing device to different forces, even small cutting and lifting actions cannot escape the supervision of the sensor. Compared with tension type fences, vibration type fences have more sensitive recognition capabilities due to their judgment based on vibration.

(1) Functions

The vibration electric security fence consists of vibration induction cables and vibration sensors. Vibration sensors can be installed on existing fences and walls. For the fence, any real attempt to climb or break the fence will be detected and the alarm will be activated. For the outer fence, vibration sensors and sensor cables are attached to the existing fence. It receives vibrations from the outer fence through vibration sensors, and any attempt to climb, cut, or lift it will trigger an alarm.

(2) Applications

It is suitable for outdoor walls and perimeter fences (such as chain mesh, welded mesh, barbed barrier mesh, etc.). The weather has little impact on it.

4 Underground induction equipment

The underground induction equipment consists of underground cables and intrusion detectors. Different from the more exposed fence equipment mentioned above. It performs alarm by burying detection sensors underground and creating an invisible magnetic field during operation. When someone enters the warning area, it is equivalent to damaging the magnetic field, and the sensor will send an alarm to the alarm monitoring center to remind security personnel to pay attention to the corresponding area.

For this type of alarm device, concealment is undoubtedly its biggest feature. In some relatively open but sensitive areas, this type of device is undoubtedly a good choice.

(1) Functions

The underground induction equipment consists of underground induction cable and intrusion detectors. By using concealed (buried underground) intrusion detectors, an invisible electromagnetic field is generated around the underground induction cable. When someone interferes with the electromagnetic field, an alarm will be triggered to remind security personnel to inspect and handle the alarming zone.

(2) Applications

It is suitable for outdoor and indoor areas without magnetic field interference. The electric security fence sensing cable can be buried in any medium, such as soil, sand, clay, concrete, etc., to form a unified, concealed, volume detection field built according to the terrain. The changes in weather have little impact on it, such as rain, snow, sandstorms, etc. (but there may be some impact on thunderstorms with magnetic field induction), and its safety is relatively high.
